1. Overview & Scope of Technology Services
STSGInc ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is an enterprise technology firm providing Managed IT Services (MSP), Managed Security Services (MSSP), Cybersecurity Audits & Threat Monitoring, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Model Integration, Cloud Architecture, and Custom Software & Mobile Application Development. Access to our website, client portals, ad campaign pages, and technical services is governed by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property & Application Development Rights
All custom application code, AI models, software architectures, user interfaces, and technical documentation developed by STSGInc under a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) remain subject to explicit contractual licensing terms. Unless explicitly transferred in writing upon full contract settlement, STSGInc retains ownership of underlying proprietary frameworks, AI code repositories, developer tools, and reusable software modules utilized during development.
3. Cybersecurity, AI Integrity & System Disclaimer
While STSGInc deploys enterprise-grade cybersecurity defenses, zero-trust architectures, threat monitoring, and AI pipeline protections, no digital system, application, or AI network is 100% immune to emerging zero-day vulnerabilities, third-party API outages, or sophisticated cyberattacks. Clients remain responsible for adhering to baseline cybersecurity hygiene, endpoint access protocols, and internal data policies mandated in their MSA.
4. Right to Modify & Change Terms
We reserve the explicit right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, amend, replace, or alter any part of these Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy at any time without prior individual notice. All updates will be published directly on the official STSGInc website. Your continued use of our systems, client portals, application links, or services following any updates constitutes full acceptance of those revisions.
5. Advertising & Digital Campaign Terms
STSGInc executes digital marketing and B2B lead generation campaigns across third-party media platforms (including Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and Messenger). The following rules apply to all promotional offers:
- Promotions & Audits: Advertised promotional rates, free cybersecurity assessments, or discounted app development scopes apply exclusively to qualified business entities under a signed SOW.
- Scope Exclusions: Promotions do not cover custom infrastructure overhaul, emergency incident response, or un-scoped third-party API licensing fees, which are quoted separately.
- Offer Timelines: Time-sensitive offers are enforced based on the exact timestamp of lead submission or calendar booking.
6. Dispute Resolution, Evidence & Official Website Policy
MANDATORY DISPUTE & EVIDENCE POLICY:
In the event of any dispute, disagreement, claim, SLA performance inquiry, or scope conflict, the official published terms located on our primary website (STSGInc) shall strictly supersede any third-party ad copy, marketing collateral, social media posts, Messenger chat summaries, or informal discussions.
Any party submitting or raising a dispute must provide clear, documented, date-stamped, and verifiable written evidence (such as signed Master Services Agreements, approved Statements of Work, official ticketing logs, or direct written correspondence from authorized STSGInc corporate officers). Unverified screenshots, third-party ad previews, or informal social media messages shall not constitute valid contractual proof.
