Resources Provided by STSG

STSG provides Websites and other Web-based applications for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to:

• Describing and promoting its business activities to the public
• Offering a means to contact representatives of the company
• Providing customers a method to collaborate with STSG staff
• Providing customers a means to view project status and updates
• Providing sales quotes, statements of work and other transactional information

Some resources provided by STSG are freely available to the public, while others are restricted on the basis of relevancy to potential, current and former registered customers of STSG.

STSG provides all services in good-faith and believes them to be reasonably free of error and/or omission. However, users of STSG services agree that they do so at their own risk and that STSG assumes no liability, direct or indirect, for the use of STSG services or the application of any knowledge or technical information provides through the use of STSG services.

Proprietary Information

Access to technical, logistical, pricing and planning information provided by STSG to customers or partners via non-public services, including portions of Websites that require unique user credentials is provided on an as-needed basis only to authorized users.

Under no circumstances are users with access to non-public information permitted to share proprietary information with persons outside of the customer’s authorized reporting chain, specifically non-affiliated, third-party vendors or customers.

Forbidden Use of Services

STSG services are provided for lawful use by customers and partners. Illegal use of STSG services is prohibited. Examples of forbidden use include, but are not limited to:

• Use of services to collect, store or distribute content deemed by law and/or STSG to be threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise illegal or inappropriate.
• Use of services to unlawfully collect, store, distribute or circumvent protections on copyrighted materials.
• Use of services to spam or harass any party, distribute malware, or abuse other systems, including execution of denial-of-service attacks or attempts to bypass any kind of security controls.

User Consent

Your continued use of STSG services constitutes an ongoing agreement to all terms in this and any related policies. If you do not agree and wish to withdraw your consent, immediately cease to use all STSG services.

Changes to this Policy

STSG will occasionally update this policy to reflect business changes and customer feedback. STSG encourages you to periodically review this statement to be informed of how STSG is protecting your information.
