  • System & Infrastructure Metrics: IP addresses, endpoint system logs, network telemetry, application user analytics, and cloud access logs necessary for MSP and cybersecurity operations. 
  • Development & AI Input Data: Technical specifications, source code repositories, API keys, and datasets authorized by clients for custom application development or AI model fine-tuning. 

2. How We Use Your Data & AI Safeguards

We use the collected technical and corporate information strictly for legitimate operations: 

  • Executing technology agreements, monitoring cybersecurity threats, and maintaining system uptime. 
  • Delivering custom mobile/web application development milestones and maintaining deployed software. 
  • Deploying and fine-tuning AI models built specifically for your enterprise. STSGInc does not use proprietary client datasets or custom application source code to train public or un-encrypted third-party AI models. 
  • Communicating project status, technical updates, and invoices. 

3. Data Protection & Non-Sale Pledge

While STSGInc deploys enterprise-grade cybersecurity defenses, zero-trust architectures, threat monitoring, and AI pipeline protections, no digital system, application, or AI network is 100% immune to emerging zero-day vulnerabilities, third-party API outages, or sophisticated cyberattacks. Clients remain responsible for adhering to baseline cybersecurity hygiene, endpoint access protocols, and internal data policies mandated in their MSA.

4. Third-Party Sharing & Cloud Infrastructure

Data is only processed through trusted enterprise infrastructure partners (such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and enterprise threat feeds) strictly required to fulfill MSP/MSSP service level agreements or host custom application builds. We may disclose information if legally compelled by valid court orders, subpoenas, or official regulatory requirements.
